Class Description:
Whether you’re brand new to clay or have years of experience, Adult Pottery Studio offers a welcoming and creative environment where you can develop your pottery skills at your own pace. Beginners receive hands-on instruction in foundational techniques, while more experienced students are encouraged to pursue independent projects with guidance from the instructor.
Students may explore wheel throwing, hand-building, surface decoration, glazing, and finishing techniques while creating functional and artistic ceramic pieces. As skills develop, participants are encouraged to work more independently and take advantage of our Open Studio opportunities to continue practicing and creating outside of class.
Please note: Due to limited studio space and class enrollment, students must register for and attend either the Tuesday or Wednesday section and may not alternate between class nights.
All materials and supplies are included.
