Devi Anne Moore
Devi Anne Moore is an acclaimed professional artist and teacher with over 35 years of experience teaching in art centers, colleges, and her studio. Devi instructs studio art for children and adults and is based in Chesapeake, Virginia. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Tyler School of Art, a Master of Fine Arts from Old Dominion University and Norfolk State University, and a Master of Arts from Regent University. Her award-winning artwork of many series has been exhibited widely in the national art community in museums, galleries, universities, art centers and co-ops.

This will include wine parings, chef-curated four-course dinner, and a wonderful discussion with the featured artist Devi Anne Moore. The wine is paired with four of Moore’s featured pieces, the courses are then curated by a chef to complement the selections- both the wine and artwork- then, the complete meal is presented to you amongst the artwork.
Art will also be on sale and a portion of the proceeds will go to support our mission of creating access to the arts.
Dinner reservations close 48 hours prior to the dinner.

Skyler Moraczewski – Visual Arts Intern
Skyler Moraczewski co-curated the exhibition under the supervision of the Visual Arts Manager, Nana A.N. Ferdnance. Skyler Moraczewski is a Visual Arts Intern at the Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts from Suffolk, VA. She currently attends Randolph-Macon College where she is studying Art History, Archaeology and Art Management. Her academic interests include women and feminism in the arts, antiquities, and Art and culture property crime. She has participated in excavations at Patrick Henry’s Scotchtown and plans to participate in her college’s Department of Archaeology’s excavation in Sicily and Malta in the summer of 2027. She is a member of Tri Sigma sorority and anticipates graduating in the spring of 2028. Skyler is looking forward to developing her professional skills at the Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts and intends to have a career in museum curation and field archaeology.

Second Event – Art of Wine Dinner (Food and Wine Pairing with the artwork)
This will include wine parings, four-course dinner and a wonderful discussion with the featured artist. Artwork will be available for purchase.
$60 per person ticket, with dinner and wine pairings included. Please include dietary restrictions during dinner reservations. Gratuity not included.
