Painting & Drawing Session – Costumed Model
Artists of all skill levels are welcome to join us in painting or drawing a live, costumed model in this 3-hour, uninstructed session. Artists are welcome to paint or draw in their chosen media. Every session will have a different topic.

Important Information (please read):
· This is an uninstructed session, but there will be an event coordinator who will check you in, set up the pose, and keep time.
· The model will hold one pose for three hours with periodic breaks.
· Check in with the event coordinator at the third-floor Rehearsal Hall upon arrival.
· No materials will be provided. All attendees must bring their own supplies, drop cloths, easels, etc. Chairs will be available for anyone who wants to use one.
· Session will start promptly at 12pm. The studio will open at 11:30am. Arrive at least 10 – 30 minutes early to get a space before the model begins. If you arrive late, please find a space quietly.
· Please clean up after yourself and respect the studio and Center space. Bring your own towels, etc. Painters MUST use a drop cloth! Do not clean brushes in the Center’s bathrooms or kitchen areas.
· At the beginning of the session, artists are welcome to take a reference photo with their phones (with the model’s permission). Minimum $5 tip to the model is required if taking a photo.
· Model and theme is subject to change without prior notice.
· Please respect the model and the other artists present and refrain from talking while the model is posing. Silence all cell phones. Do not use any materials that are overly noisy or disruptive (such as air brushes).
· Artists are encouraged to tip the model. Session ends promptly at 3pm and all artists must be out of the Rehearsal Hall by 3:30pm. Artists are welcome to leave earlier if they finish.
