Mind-Body Yoga offers gentle stretches and poses, relaxation techniques, breathing practices and meditation. All of these bring the practitioner into a state of inner peace, restoring and calming the mind, body, and spirit.
Please bring to class a yoga mat, firm pillow and white socks.
