Legends of Music: Gentlemen’s Quartet delivers a modern, elegant twist on some of the most iconic music ever composed. This dynamic ensemble—featuring cello/mandocello, electric guitar/bass, percussion, piano, and violin—blends genres seamlessly, creating a rich tapestry of sophistication, virtuosity, and wit.
Rather than performing arrangements straight through, the ensemble weaves multiple well-known musical themes into a single composition, allowing audiences to recognize melodies as they emerge and transform throughout the performance. You’ll hear iconic works reimagined through inventive structure and thoughtful pacing, guided by musicians whose collective experience spans Broadway, international concert halls, major symphony orchestras, and collaborations with some of the most respected artists in contemporary and classical music. The result is music that feels accessible on first listen, with additional depth for those who enjoy listening closely. With guest vocalist Erin Shields joining the ensemble, select pieces are elevated through expressive vocal performance that complements the group’s instrumental approach.
The evening is designed for attentive listening in a refined theater setting, with the option to arrive early for a seated dinner experience in the Gallery Lounge (Reservation Required).
