CLASS + WORKSHOP POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

REGISTRATION: Class and workshop registrations can be made online. For non-online registration, forms are available at the Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts at 110 West Finney Avenue, Suffolk VA 23434. Classes must have a minimum of four students unless otherwise noted. Forms and/or payment must be received one week prior to class start date. No additional member discount can be used in conjunction with special offers.

REFUND POLICY: Cancellation of classes by SCCA: If an insufficient number of registrations are received for any individual class, the class may be cancelled. If this occurs, a full refund will be processed for those currently enrolled in the class (funds may also be transferred to another class). Cancellation by student: Cancellations will be accepted by phone (757-923-0003 ext. 103 for Education Manager, fax 757-923-9699) or mail. Cancellations must be received at least 5 days prior to the first class for a full refund. After classes begins, no refunds will be issued. Other circumstances will be addressed individually.
