Finding a Furever Home
Registrations will open March 3rd, 2025.
This week, campers will create art pieces inspired by animals at a local rescue organization who are in search of their furever homes. Students will have a visit from a member of this animal rescue, who will chat with them about their organization and how they support our 4-legged friends. These collections of art pieces will be used to support fundraising efforts and build awareness of all the wonderful furry friends at the shelter. Students will also work on fun crafts and paintings that they will be able to take home at the end of the week. Each day, camps will start with 30 minutes of morning yoga routine with an accredited yoga instructor. SCCA will also provide a snack twice per day. Campers will end their week with a special end-of-camp celebration, where they’ll showcase their community artwork for family and friends.
IMPORTANT: Campers might get a short visit from a kitty during the first day. If your child has an allergy or condition that can be triggered by this activity, please make sure to inform us in advance.
