Parkinson’s Disease Exercise Class

Class Description:  This exercise program is designed to help those with Parkinson’s Disease reduce the risk of falling.  The exercises will focus on three primary areas:  Balance, Agility, and Quickness. With better balance, one is less apt to fall.

The program will be designed to make the exercises as simple as possible so that participants of various fitness levels will be encouraged to practice them regularly.  Participants must be ambulatory and participate in exercises with their caregivers.

Four class sessions – $20.00
There will be no scheduled classes from June 18 – August 5, 2024.

A new class schedule will be announced after August 1, 2024.
