Class Description: Introduction to Plein Air “The Next Generation” will be a 2-day workshop to
introduce the Plein Air painting technique to children within the ages of 10-18. The class instruction will
include an introduction to the color wheel, mixing colors and how to create a painting in the great
outdoors. There will be 2-3 different outdoor painting locations during the 2 days of
painting pending weather. Learn to paint a Van Gough-style painting. Participants will supply their own
materials. Easels will be provided.
