The Art of Cinema: 85 Years in the Making is a retrospective of iconic posters featuring films released 1932-2017. This exhibit showcases the evolution of film and promotional concepts, as well as artistry throughout nearly nine decades of movie productions. The films depicted in this exhibit have influenced pop culture, design styles and the emotions associated with iconic films. They provide a road map from films of yesterday to the masterpieces of today’s cinema. This exhibit is presented in partnership with Suffolk Division of Tourism.
