Surf & Sounds of Summer!

The reception and art exhibition are FREE and open to the Public Tuesdays – Saturdays, 10 AM – 4 PM.
Surf & Sounds of Summer is an exhibit of artwork that exemplifies positive summer experiences. Crashing Waves, sounds of seagulls, children laughing, boats bobbing in the ocean, people fishing and crabbing, picnics of corn on the cob, watermelon, hotdogs, and ice cream—these are just some of the images depicted in the artwork for this exhibit that captures the essence of summer. ‘After seeing all the beautiful summer themed artwork, I was transported back to my childhood and fond memories of our family trips to the beach.” shared Rick Byrd.
This eclectic art exhibition features 31 talented Artists with a wide variety of mediums; Felting, Beading, Painting, Photography, Pottery, found objects, and more! Visitors are encouraged and VOTE for their favorite piece of artwork in Surf & Sounds of Summer People’s Choice Award, voting open through August 27, 2022.
