My name is Heather Barter, I currently reside in Suffolk but am originally from Va. Beach. I have a Masters in Aging Services and B.A. in Music. I am currently providing music Lessons in piano at the Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts but I am also in the beginning stages of opening a small business for Music Wellness programs in the community along with End Of Life Music Doula Services.
