REGISTRATION

Class Description: This class intends to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility within the body, mind, and spirit. This class combines gentle yoga asanas (such as standing postures, twists, forward folds, and hip openers) with chair and wall yoga modifications, in addition to breathing techniques and meditation practices.  Participants will develop a deeper awareness of self through simple, yet effective full-body repetitions, and mindfulness exercises. This is a gentle yoga class suitable for individuals with moderate physical fitness abilities and those new to yoga. This is a beginner/basic level class.
