Come try Traditional Hatha Yoga: Find a deeper union of body, mind & spirit through movement & breath. This is a very beginner friendly class. I will guide you through a series of gentle stretches on the floor, then progress to slow flowing poses to get warmed up. This will be followed by traditional standing poses, held for a short time to increase your strength, flexibility and balance. Class will end with a relaxing cool down of stretching and resting poses.  All yoga equipment needed will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own! You will love yoga and your body will thank you! Instructor: Cheryl Arden
