Class Detail: This workshop will allow you to explore your own sense: sight, smell, and tasting. The student will participate in assorted tastings: wine, cheese, deli meat, spices and herbs. You will also present a charcuterie board that will display bruschetta, oysters ( prepared of your liking), cheese, deli meats, homemade crackers with the spice palette, and chocolate strawberries.
