Location: Dance Studio A, B – 1st Floor at SCCA

Ages: Adults, 16+

Wish you knew The Electric Slide whenever you go to a wedding? Do they play the Cupid Shuffle at your reunion and you try to follow along? We will be doing beginner line dances that you will see at Christmas parties, reunions, weddings, and cruises. Some might call them Old School, Denise Brown calls them Standards!

Denise Brown will be teaching approximately 3 dances per session and the class will go at a pace that suits the students. The steps for each dance will be broken down and learned piece by piece. Each session will review the dances from the previous week and add new dances.

TAI CHI

Class Detail: Tai Chi is a beginner level class that will provide mind-body exercise that improves flexibility and muscle toning.  It is great for all activity levels, even those with physical challenges.  Tai chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for its defense training, its health benefits and meditation.
