Class Description:
This class is designed for both neurotypical and neurodivergent children, offering a safe, welcoming space to explore movement, storytelling, music, and imaginative play. Instruction emphasizes flexibility, creativity, sensory awareness, and collaboration.
Dance Class Attire:
Students should wear comfortable clothing that allows for full movement.
Recommended:
• Leggings, athletic pants, dance shorts, or leotards
• Fitted t-shirts or tank tops
• Hair secured away from the face
Footwear:
• Jazz shoes or dance sneakers
• Clean indoor athletic sneakers if dance shoes are not available
Please avoid:
- Jeans or restrictive clothing
• Street shoes or sandals, and socks w/o grips
• Large or dangling jewelry
Students should also bring a water bottle to class.
