Class Description: Chair yoga is a gentle practice that uses a chair for seated poses and for balance purposes. Chair yoga offers many health benefits for all ages: Improves posture and flexibility; Restores feeling of well-being; Increases circulation; and Decreases anxiety, inflammation, and chronic pain. No experience is necessary. All equipment provided.
