African American Legacy and Therapeutic Conceptualization

Class Description:  This class will explore and dissect the memories of African American Cultures and the impact it has left and continues to have in our history.  We will visit the emotional side of this culture and justice throughout.  We will further touch the surface of our feelings and then reach deep to pull out the life in broken areas.  We will explore trauma and find a space to turn dark to light through discussions and visual exercises to release trapped trauma through art.
