Class Detail: With the holidays around the corner everyone wants to snack on desserts! This workshop will teach you the many designs you can make with icing and the basic tips to learn how to layer, fill, cover, and decorate your tasty pastries. Cake decorating is one of the sugar arts that uses icing or frosting and other edible decorative elements to make plain cakes more visually interesting. Alternatively, cakes can be molded and sculpted to resemble three-dimensional persons, places and things. You will be learning all the fundamentals of baking and decorating baked goods. Decorating can consist of regular sugar or whipped icing or become more complex.
