The Hurrah Players, Virginia’s leading family theatre company, presents the Broadway musical ANNIE! Based on the popular comic strip by Harold Gray, ANNIE is a worldwide phenomenon with seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical. With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone’s hearts despite a next to nothing start in the 1930s New York City.
The beloved book and score by Thomas Meehan, Charles Strouse and Marin Charnin, feature some of the greatest musical theatre hits ever written, including “Tomorrow” and “Hard Knock Life.” ANNIE is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI).
